Operator’s Manual - CR 28 BOOST

BRUSH CLEANING

CAUTION!

It is advisable to use protective gloves when cleaning the brush because there may be cutting debris.

Remove the brush as shown in Use chapter.1.

Clean and wash the brush with water and detergent.2.

Check the brush for integrity and replace it if necessary.3.

CLEANING OF TANK AND VACUUM SCREEN WITH FLOAT

Drive the machine to the appointed disposal area.1.

Turn the ignition key (41) to “0”.2.

Open the covers (51 and 58).3.

Clean and wash with clean water the covers (51 and 58), the tanks (60 and 61) and the vacuum screen (54) with automatic 4.

shut-off ﬂ oat.

Drain the water in the tanks through the hose (10) and the tap (24).

If necessary, disengage the fasteners (A, Fig. 4) and open the screen (B); recover the ﬂ oat (C), clean all the components and 5.

then reinstall them.

Check the tank cover gasket (D) for integrity.6.

NOTE

The gasket (D) creates vacuum in the tank that is necessary for vacuuming the recovery water.

If necessary replace the gasket (D) after removing it from its housing (E). When assembling the new gasket, install the joint (F)

in the rear central area, as shown in the ﬁ gure.

Check the bearing surface (D) of gasket (G) for integrity and sealing capabilities.7.

Close the covers (51 and 58).8.
