Operator’s Manual - CR 28 BOOST

VACUUM SYSTEM MOTOR FILTER CLEANING

Drive the machine to the appointed disposal area and drain the water from the recovery tank (60) with the hose (10).1.

Drain the solution from the tank (61) with the tap (24).2.

Drive the machine on a level ground.3.

Turn the ignition key (42) to “0”.4.

Disconnect the vacuum hose (11) from the squeegee (12).5.

Fully lift the tank assembly (71) with care.6.

Remove the vacuum system motor ﬁ lter (77) and clean it with water and compressed air.7.

Install the ﬁ lter.8.

Fully lower the tank assembly (71) with care.9.

SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING

Drive the machine on a level ﬂ oor.1.

Turn the ignition key (41) to “0”.2.

Close the solution valve (E, Fig. 6) under the machine, behind the right rear wheel. The valve (E) is closed when it is on the 3.

position (F) and it is open when it is on the position (G).

Remove the transparent cover (A), then remove the ﬁ lter strainer (B) under the machine in front of the right rear wheel. Clean 4.

and reassemble the components on the support (C).

NOTE

The ﬁ lter strainer (B) must be correctly positioned on the housing (D) of the support (C).

Open the valve (E).5.
